Dear readers..sorry it's been so long since I have posted! I have been doing a lot of new things, including teaching an art class, so I've been busier than usual. However, there is always time for Matsuri!
Two full days of Japanese Culture in southern Arizona! If you are in the area, it's a wonderful time to visit the fabulous city of Phoenix. On Saturday, I will be in the parade at 10:00am dressed in kimono, and later playing taiko on the ASU stage at some point. Sunday, I'll be in kimono again, enjoying the entertainment and shopping for kimono items.
I will try to post something on what I'm going to wear in the next week- it all depends on the weather of course; February can be quite variable. Currently, it's chilly and wet.
